[Rhodes22-list] icebox

Has anyone replaced their icebox with a refrigerator? I have been
thinking about
putting in a real refrigerator and keeping it stocked and plugged in at
the dock.
(Beer, unlike rum is best when served cold.) I would plan to simply
unplug
it when out sailing for the day. Any thoughts on condensation or other
issues?
I would think the fridge would need a latch to keep it closed under heel.
