Bob: Not sure this message a week ago last Sunday got delivered. Re-sending it just in case.

  Bob:

Thank you for being such a great host yesterday on Lake Carlyle. Don and I both enjoyed ourselves and learned a lot about your Rhodes22. I was impressed with its performance and stability. My guess is that those winds were gusting to 25 knots at times and it just kept on truckin. It turns on a dime. My only concern was running with the main because the inner shrouds will not permit you to really let the main out fully. So long as your using the genoa, it appears the main isn't really going to be driving the boat anyway.
I forgot to ask the location of the battery. Despite all the storage facilities I opened, I never saw it. The other question I wanted to ask but forgot until we were on our way back, the pop-top creates one more potential opening to the cabin that might make it more vulnerable to the weather----does it seal itself pretty well when the boat is unattended and locked up? What % genoa is yours? Did you get other foresails --- if so which and would you do it the same way?
     Thanks again Bob.
     Rex
