[Rhodes22-list] Political Humor: "I Did Not Have Sex With That Man"

Hi elle

I think later on in that email I say something about the
Suffrage movement as an HERoic catalyst for change. Now I
don't know what percentage were convinced by a rational
argument, or were just tired of sleeping on the sofa. the
reason they "let/allowed/capitulated" will keep this going
for a while longer. At least we didn't require a civil war
to get women the vote.

I'm sure there were some sympathetic males during that
event, and not all were weeping & wailing & gnashing their
teeth (most maybe, but I don't know).

I may be a little over sensitive here, I absolutely hate
the war between the sexes, and the "us vs them" philosophy.
I see it way too often, and it sometimes creates tension
and a poison work environment.

happy weekend!!
