Hi Phillip

Actualy it's a line I stole from Mayor Daily of Chicago,
since he's not using it these days.

and yes we have a some strange election law around here. 
LAst year they voted to have an election week, and anyone
could vote in any county they wanted.  So since I cut
through 3 counties on the way to work I guess I could vote
three times at least!  It was vetoed but over-ridden within
a few days. 

I'm not sure when it goes into effect, but based upon the
primaries maybe they will vote to delay it.
