Hank, We have the motor lift and a remote (on the tiller, but it could be mounted elsewhere) and a Yamaha 9.9 OB. The Yamaha remote that Stan provides doesn't interfere with lift. I'm not sure I understand Elles problem, but there are remotes that will work with the powered lift. Dave
