[Rhodes22-list] Wind Indicators

Joe,

This list thrives on smart asses.

These tell tales are jewel mounted plastic on metal arms, as I
remember. I can't find a link but will forward when I do.

I find they follow the wind better than yarn, and are not bothered by
water. They won't tell you anything about how hard the wind is blowing,
but they are very good at letting you know the direction--whereas the
yarn may lie limp on the shroud, the plastic vane is always pointing
somewhere--and they are pretty good at always pointing in the direction
of the wind.
