If the bleach doesn't work... (that would be my first suggestion, but it 
will reverse "stain" any fabric it comes across), try:
borax powder, "O" to remove pet odors... ZeroOdorStore.com; any other 
product that has enzymes to break down the protein and fats that are the 
source of the odor.
