Slim,

Play the song from the Grateful Dead, whatever song that is, with the lyric,
"what a long strange trip its been."

I just spent three hours with our Iranian, Muslim, far left friend, Ali, who
was invited over to fix our wireless, (for a Chinese meal which he
covets), and he got invited back for dinner on Saturday night.

I was hanging around the crew lounge yesterday and saw a tall, long
black-haired Oriental girl walking around. Curiosity got the best of me and
inquiring minds want to know. Yep, we got a Mainland China female pilot on
the property.

Saturday night our dinner guests are a Reverend, a liberal Muslim dem,
another Chinese, and whatever other mutts we can drag in at the last minute.

Welcome to the Shen-Haslett United Nations dinner table.

Cancel your gig and join the madness! Anne has been here. She can vouch,
we don't bite but we may shoot.

I'm too tired for politics tonight. Good night.

Brad
