[Rhodes22-list] Boats in Ontario or Panama City Beach area

We are interested in the Rhodes 22. I live near Lake Simcoe north of Toronto. If there any owners in the southern Ontario area could we take a look at your boat?
We will be staying in Panama City Beach FLA in November and December. If there are any owners in the PCB area, we would appreciate a look. 
Of course if someone has one for sale in either area we would like to look at the boat.
