This is my year for the five oh too, but I've got a few more weeks.

I remember once, when I was about 6, sitting on the side of a hill in California, talking about the "coming years". My brother and I counted how long until we got to the year 2000. I knew I'd be 45 when it rolled around, and wondered if there was any way in the world I could possibly live that long...

Fifty, five-O.  When I was a kid, people my age seemed really mature.
Somehow I feel as if I haven't made much progress.  I'm actually working
tonight - supporting a checkride for our POI (Principal Operations
Inspector) from the FAA.  Paybacks are hell!  We're having a small dinner
party this weekend with the usual suspects.  If any of you are passing
through Memphis, bring your gun and your opinions and join the fun.
