[Rhodes22-list] Laz leak

Rory:

I had a hard to find leak in the Laz.  It turned out to be the connecting
tubing between the cockpit drain and the thru hull.  It was a challange to
fix.  I had to rebuild and replace the cockpit drain.  

I believe that the cause of the random leaks was that the connecting tubing
stiffened and/or hardened with age.  In this area, both the bottom and the
cockpit flex a lot.  The flexing caused intermittent and random leaking into
the laz.  
Naturally the boat has to be out of the water to make this fix.

New tubing, cockpit drain, and Captain Rummy's secret professional sealant
solved the issue...
