     Captain Rummy was only trying to be helpful.  There was no need to
clobber him.  And today Friday the 13th of all days.  What are you doing,
taking to drinking coffee?  Have a sweet roll for breakfast.

      So, are you saying that Silcone based sealants are better than NP1
ONE-PART URETHANE CAULKING SEALANT as recommended by our professional roofer
who makes a living stopping leaks?  On the package of NP-1 it says it is
gurarenteed for 50 years.
