I see that you have finally upgraded to Vista.  This image suggests a brand
new model for the TCO (total cost of ownership) for a PC.

FINALLY, after going through virus attacks, losing a hard drives, fighting
off hackers, upgrading software, installing fire-walls, being threatened
with being cut-off by my email provider, and a host of other problems... I
had my computer fixed...NOW it works exactly the way I want it to!
