I haven't written in awhile. Spending some time trying to get to know my boat. I have a 1987 and I can't figure out a good plan for the main IMF halyard on the boom or a better solution for the furler. They both seem very stiff to use. I have tried spraying the tube and it helped a bit but I think that it should be easier. The halyard just is wrapped around a couple of cleats on the boom when it is pulled out and makes for a difficult time when in a hurry: no place to really keep the line. And I don't think the car is set  right either. I wish I could see some up-close pictures of details of the entire boom, front to back.  Someone, please help!
