It appears the your image file is being created as a "progressive" 
JPEG.  These aren't supported across all systems.  That's why the 
list software is converting it to a "bin" file type.  You can click 
and download this file then rename it with a .jpg extension and you 
should be able to view it then.

When creating JPEGs for the list, please make sure they are NOT saved 
as progressive JPEGs.  You'll probably see a checkbox for this in 
your software when saving the image.
