Hank:

If you are missing shackel or clip on rim of drum but have a hole,
just tie line from luff tape, put thru hole and tie off. Trim of excess so
as not to bind on anything and go sail. You can fix mounting and shackel at
your convenience.
There are as many CDI Furlers as there are Rhodes 22's. The clips,
shackel mountings, etc. vary, but follow a pattern.
Did you look at the CDI instuction manual posted on the document
section of this web site?

Addendum: Police in Radnor, Pennsylvania, interrogated a suspect by
placing a metal colander on his head and connecting it with wires to a
photocopy machine. The message "He's lying" was placed in the copier, and
police pressed the copy button each time they thought the suspect wasn't
telling the truth. Believing the "lie detector" was working, the suspect
confessed.
