If you noticed Michael is not on the list often.  He has probably not come
back on since he wrote that ignominious post.  He is a computer guru on Wall
Street and has three daughters that have higher bid on his time.  Just wait
bye and bye he will show up.  If you notice, he has not replied to anything.

He typically shows up in the wee hours here on the east coast, so being on
the west coast he may reply today yet to you.  

Also, you may need a decoder ring to understand him at times.
