[Rhodes22-list] Rik and Sailing the open ocean in a Rhodes

Every couple of years I tell this story about a guy I knew in college 
who crossed the Atlantic in a 12 foot sailboat setting the record at 
that time.

He then towed his boat to San Diego and sailed out of the harbor to set 
the record for crossing the Pacific.

He was never heard from again.
