Stan:

     All the post about a bigger boats was just chatter, no body execpt Joe
H was spending any money.  The problem with your proposal is you have all
chiefs (i.e. captains) and no indians (i.e., workers).  Therein lies a major
problem, especially in making boats, as you well know.
