Is Stan knocking off a Philip Rhodes design?  Does he have the right to do
so?  Stan ownes the Rhodes 22 design, not Phil Rhodes heirs.  However, look

Now, Haydn Gozzard, President and CEO, just may happen to have a financial
interest in in a small North Carolina city of Edenton.  He is related, but
not party to:
http://www.gozzard.com/   Like he is related but was left out of Gozzard
Yachts when his father died.

So the hull does have a pedigree.
