[Rhodes22-list] Bottom Paint

Bill, I went to a Hard paint for that reason.  After 2 Seasons of not being 
able to get to the areas under the bunks I had racing stripes on the bottom 
which could not be cleaned from the water since it was stuck on unpainted 
bottom.  I got 2 seasons out of VC17 and will have to recoat this spring.  I 
had hoped for better results but it still lasted twice as long as ablative.
