Claude,

Have you considered putting the boat in a hard slip.  I do this and just keep the mast up.  It doesn't make it that much more difficult at Aqualand.  Also works well at Big Water for ~ $40/mo.  So lets plan to sail!  I, too, have gotten the wiring up to snuff - kinda nice with holiday lights to boot.  I'll show you when you want.
