I was sure that you would get some good responses to your wax issues.  Take
that question to a local autoparts store and see what they recommend.

I would suggest one of these new citric organge based cleaners.  You might
also need a polymer coating remover since often waxes contain the new
acrylic polymers.

Why  would an inquiring mind want to know the freight on your apartment?  Is
this a case of serendipity?
