home again after memphis (as you know) and eau claire WI...  (it was
actauallu warmer in wisconsin than it was in Memphis)...    can't thank you
and Fan enough for the tremendous hospitality and the "almost" flying tour.

i've had similar "spots" on both of our cars....  have used 2 products (may
take a few applications, taking off a bit at a time).

one or the other has always worked 

1.  3m adhesive tar and wax remover
2.  kleen strip auto prep (automotive surface cleaner)
