I thought USAA was cheaper, but no longer recall the differential.

They accepted the survey, and insured the boat for that value.  Without
that, they were less than enthusiastic.

I thought I remembered that USAA wouldn't insure a boat more than 10yrs
old, and their agent had no appreciation of refurbished vice used.  You had
no problem getting your boat insured with them?
 
Any sense as to how USAA insurance stacks up against BoatUS?
