	I may be interested in the boat and trailer, maybe the motor too.

Yup -- standard mast.   I think even a standard mast R22 is a poretty good
sailboat.

The best inquiry so far is a kid from Craigs list in Chapel Hill who wants
to talk his father into it.  It wouldn't take much to get it sailing, but
the interior is a major project.
