[Rhodes22-list] Depth sounder-working!

One of the many perks of working in a busy marina is
the vast resources of the patrons & staff.

After passing the word that i had a nonfunctioning
depth sounder, a customer came in to the store Sunday
bearing a booklet..what a coincidence! Same model.
Seems he had heard via the grapevine that I was
looking for an owner with a similar model.

Took just a few seconds to read  through 'setup' &
troubleshooting  in the book...and a few more seconds
to unscrew the compass mount to get to the back of the
unit....

All that was needed was to adjust the sensitivity.

Having the sender mounted in the laz gives it limited
usefulness for sailing but it is useful for chart
checks.

One more item checked off. 

Now to replace the carpet & make the covers for the
binnacle, winches & motor....(red, of course!)

Then comes the cockpit cover.
