Bob,

According to AviationConsumer.com, Arctic Air would be your best choice.  It
is nothing but a cooler filled with ice and a fan blowing, but, it is better
than nothing.  I 'almost' guessed the  location  late last night after
returning from Tampa for the gazillionth time this month, but didn't pull
the trigger.  The site was obviously built on fill dirt with the water
between the streets being the source of fill.  Have fun!
