[Rhodes22-list] Define: Lee Helm

hi mike
i just thought about what you said and how i responded and its the same  
thing..if yo pull the board up and the lateral resistance moves aft but the  
center of effort stays the same you get more lee helm because the ce is even  more 
further forward than the cl with the board down...correct me if im wrong on  
that
