[Rhodes22-list] oxidation

hi all
was checking my boat over the weekend and saw some white stuff on the part  
of the hull that faces the sun..
since its in the water and it was 40 degrees i decided not to jump in and  
see what it was..it looks like oxidation...any recommended probducts if it is  
oxidation
