Rummy,

That's not a bad idea!  Here is another one, have W tell the World Bank to
go f*%k themselves.  Better yet, have Cheney do it, he knows how to throw
that verb around better.  Let China pick the next World Bank President and
fund it as well, they have all the world's capital right now anyway.  And
the best idea?  Why not let the all the flea-infested third world countries
shop for capital in the marketplace.  They hate us anyway, subsidizing their
sorry socialistic corrupt regimes yields very little for us.  And one last
piece of advice for Wolfowitz: Paul, buy it off the street. You make enough
money and it is cheaper in the long run!

We're of to Denali this morning, take the lead from here Rummy and solve the
world's problems.
