In the past there have been Rhodies on different parts of the Delaware, and
I suspect that there still are.  Not all Rhodies are on this list or on the
Frapper.  

You have a gracious offer from an experienced Rhodes 22 Captain, that is
Jay.  Are you saying that you are unwilling to drive to Ship Bottom?  

Or are you saying that you want to hire a boat and captain, say for $250 an
hour with 4 hour minimum?  Make it attractive?
