There are several vendors of similar products.  You don't have to bother
with a permanent battery installation or charger if you're running limited
numbers of devices.  I've owned one of these for several years and have
found them quite convenient for a variety of applications.  As soon as I
finish doing the math on current draw for the Bonanza after "load shedding"
to the minimum number of electrical components, I plan to use one as an
emergency backup.  On at least one occasion it would have spared me being
forced to sail home instead of cranking the diesel genny from running the
battery down overnight.
