[Rhodes22-list] Winter storage with Mast up.

David,
No problem keeping the sail inside the mast. Just make sure that the foot  is 
secured so the sail can't unfurl during a winter storm and thrash about in  
the wind destroying itself and other objects it would come in contact with. A  
good strong bungee or two should do the trick.
