[Rhodes22-list] This is cause of America's problems...

John, Elle,

Do you have any links to stuff about doggie  transmitters, GPS implants,
locaters, etc.
Most of the stuff I've seen is pretty expensive and also uses a large
cumbersome collar.  My little dog is only 18 lbs but he's a runner and I'd
like to be able to track him.
