Mary:

First thing, check the following web site and contact anyone there that
interest you:

http://www.frappr.com/rhodes22 (Note that this site now requires Adobe
Flash Player to see the map. If you install the free program Adobe Flash
Player there is a sneaky advertizing gimick to avoid. Specifically, uncheck
the Gooogle Tool Bar before continuing download)
This site shows a map of many, but not all Rhodes 22 owners.

Why stick to Cleveland, Ohio to see a Rhodes 22, you may have to wait until
spring! There is a long standing member of this forum who used to routinely
show others his boat and take them for a sail! Imagine going for a sail.
It only takes a small bottle of Mt. Gay Rum to get this Captain to take you
for such a ride... Come to South Carolina:

In this part of the country, we sail all year long. Just ask Captain Rummy
for a sail...

Alternatively, there are two other options. Go to Edenton, North Carolina
and have Commodore Spitzer show you several Rhodes 22's in various states
and take you for a sail. The Plant is about a half mile from the sound and
Stan usually has a boat he can put in the water and take you out on. Not
only do you get to see a Rhodes 22, sail on one, see the home of the Rhodes
22, but experience the smell of new boats being made in a rural North
Carolina Coastal setting...

Here is another option, Stan is supposed to take his boat to the sailboat
show in St. Petersburg, Florida.

Take a short Florida vacation and go to a sailboat show. See the Rhodes 22
on display.

complacency. If you are going to do something, do it now. Tomorrow is too
late."- Peter Goss
