[Rhodes22-list] Portsmouth rating

Rex,

To the best of my knowledge R22 has not been rated by USSA for a Portsmouth
number. http://www.ussailing.org/portsmouth/   It's too bad we do not have a
class association for the R22 to promote this type of activity.  FWIW my
boat Raven is rated by NC-PHRF at 267.
