[Rhodes22-list] Safety strap for the Outboard

Hank,
When my mount failed & the engine fell into the water, I had a plastic
coated cable wrapped around it & hooked to the lifting eye. It saved my
motor. My new cable is much shorter, maybe next time the engine won't go
under water.
