[Rhodes22-list] Michael Meltzer & Herb - Masthead lights (anchor & steaming) - Question and clar

[Bob Keller]

When I say that, this is assuming that you have stern, port and starboard lights, of course.  The 360 masthead anchor light can replace the 180 steaming light, but not the other way around.  Am I wrong on this?  That is what these regs seem to say.
