[Rhodes22-list] Attach pully to spreader arm ??

Rory, I bought a Harken block made to attach to a side rail to mount
on the spreader to hoist a radar reflector.  Plan is to put another
cleat on the side of the mast and leave a 1/4" line in the block tied
off on the mast.  Last fall's project that is still on this spring's
list.
