Chet,
Shouldn't happen, try to take some pictures up close and post, better yet send directly to Rummy, or to me, or to Stan (although he is usually quite busy in the plant).  The existing owner has working experience with his rig - send his name and number and we can talk him thru the problem and discover the difficulty - tough for you to do unless you have worked with IMF before.  The problem should have a reasonable remedy.
