Thanks for the info.  I hope to keep my boat at the Washington Marina but I
need to check out availability.  Since I am willing to wait until spring of
2009 this hopefuly will not be a problem.  I notice Mark Putnam keeps a
Rhodes their and I should contact him to see what he thinks of the location.
