[Rhodes22-list] restricted areas on chart 12205

In case anyone else is interested, the Restricted Areas and Danger Zones 
appear to be target ranges.  Rob's question got me to looking and I 
found lots of interesting information by going to

Note A on the chart refers one to chapter 2 of the US Coast Pilot 4.  
The section numbers on the chart listed in the danger zone point you to 
sections in Coast Pilot 4.  Mention is made that anyone in these areas 
will be warned to get out, but I'd say the prudent mariner would want to 
steer clear most times.

I'm gonna look up the coast pilot for any area we plan on going to.  
Looks like lots of good info beyond the charts.  Fortunately the coast 
pilots can be viewed and also downloaded from the above link.
