Hi Guys,

>From day one I have noticed spider webs on the boat's rigging and mast.  It has been sitting in a marina for the past three weeks while we vacationed in Tobago (nice warm water and white sand).

On visiting the boat yesterday, we noticed a lot of spider webs all over the boat.  Webbing on the wind indicator, webbing on the vhf antenna, webbing on the shrouds, webbing on the motor, and motor mount.  I ran in to one spider that took up residence in the hiking stick holder on the stern rail.  Sorry for him.

What's an environmentally friendly, and effective way to reduce the population, if not rid your boat of spiders ?

As an aside, I have named my boat "Gentle Breeze," and Rik Sandberg did an excellent job with the registration numbering, and lettering art work required.

Thanks.
Caesar
