[Rhodes22-list] Is there anyone out there who can help mewith myYahmaha 9.9 4 stroke

I have go to ask the stupid question, "Did you open the tank vent?" 
Sometimes the vent gets clogged.  To check, loosen the gas cap and see if 
engine operation is OK.
