[Rhodes22-list] Yamaha 9.9 ideas needed.

Brad,

My 9.9 only opens about halfway in neutral too. Always been that way. To 
be honest, I don't know what controls the stop on it. I doubt it's the 
butterfly valve. It could be the choke, but it should be obvious, when 
your messing around spraying stuff in the carb throat, if the choke is 
stuck shut, no??

You don't suppose the gear shift linkage got bent or something, somehow??
