Looks like y'all are finally getting some benefit from the remnants 
of Fay.  A Chattooga ranger station reported 8.5" rainfall 
yesterday.  Looks like most of the Tugaloo and Seneca watersheds 
could see multiple inches of rain again today.  It'll take more than 
that to top you off, but at least it's moving in the right direction!
