[Rhodes22-list] handrail

Slim,

That's funny.  I never thought of the rails on the cabin top as "handrails." 
Is that what they are?  I have always used them to keep the fenders out of 
the way when not in use.  Additionally, I use adjustable rail fender hangers 
that can easily be switched port and starboard quickly, attached to the 
rails (Davis Fender Tender, http://tinyurl.com/5acntv )  I have a couple 
more Fender Tenders / Taylor Fenders hung on the stern rail for easy access 
in those "Oh Sh*t" moments.
