My sister is a RE broker in Santa Monica, the schools are fine there.
Contact me off list if you want her number, she can give you insight into
SaMo, Venice, etc real estate, schools, etc Venice is totally rad, ask your
wife for blinders, the kinds that horses wear, before you go
