Joe,

You just gave me another idea.  One of the articles I stumbled across
concerning Penetrol on gel coat also discussed protecting aluminum
masts.  Until you mentioned it, I didn't realize that Rustoleum made a
clear coat.  My mast badly needs repainted.  Now I'm thinking how it
would look stripped, treated with Penetrol and clear coated with
Rustoleum.  Any experience, anyone?
